I managed to down my bike not once but 2 times on my track day at the big track of willow.
Coming out of turn 4 (right handed) Gave her a little bit to much gas and the front in slid out on me and bang I was on the ground. Causing a slide of 10' of the track plus some dirt excursion at a speed of roughly 50 MPH The damage to, myself and the bike was not too bad and I was able to patch her up and head out to the track. Which of course lead directly to.
Turn 5 (left handed) has this annoying bump that it seems I hit every time I am on the "line" this lap I decided to go wide and miss the annoying little bump. This of course turned out to be a very bad idea. And in mid corner I slid out the front once again. Causing a slide of 6' of track and alot of dirt excursion at a speed of roughly 65 MPH. This Time the bike slid and once it hit the gravel grab and flipped onto its right hand side. So the damage I had done on event #1 is completely gone and replaced by new damage from event #2.
I was filiming a friend that day. I have some film of the first low side. But due to the wiring of the camera being chewed up there is no film of the second low side. Here is a Short vid:
